Her Life Journey is a safe space for women of all diversities to share life experiences through group therapy sessions, with the aim of supporting each other by freely sharing their life experiences, healing together and promoting a culture of mutual and collective care.

Moreover, recognizing the importance of creative expression in the healing process, Her Life Journey created an art space known as the ‘Her Life Journey Art Hub’. This space provides participants with a platform to express their feelings and heal together using arts for self-expression and healing where Her Life Journey participants express themselves through painting, music and handmade carpets.

You can support Her Life Journey by purchasing some of the paintings or carpets created within the Art Hub, or by renting our musicians for your private or public events. Every piece of art you buy or musician you contract contributes directly to the continuation of these vital support sessions and helps foster a community.
